Deep tissue techniques are used by applying a slow deep pressure to elongate muscle fibers and attack tension and knots. You are sure to get a long lasting release of tension and knots with a deep tissue, therapeutic massage.

Deep tissue techniques vary but may include neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, and stretching . These techniques work to promote an increase movement and fluidity of the muscle allowing for better range of motion and decreased pain.

Deep tissue massage does NOT have to hurt to be effective. Please let your therapist know if  pain occurs at any point during the massage.
