Sound baths are backed by scientific research and proven can induce shifts in these brainwave patterns, often moving them towards “alpha” (relaxed, conscious state) and potentially even into “theta” (dreamlike, meditative state) and “delta” (deep sleep). This is done through specific vibrations and frequencies.

What to expect from a Sound Bath
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience where you immerse yourself in soothing sound vibrations. During a session, you’ll typically lie down or sit comfortably. We provide props such as blankets, bolsters and blocks for comfort. You meditation guide will use instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks to create gentle, harmonic sounds that promote deep relaxation.
You may feel physical sensations, emotional shifts, or enter a meditative state as the vibrations help lower the bodies frequency entering theta and delta brain waves that allow for healing at a cellular level. It’s normal to experience a sense of calm, lightness, or even mild drowsiness. Afterward, you’ll likely feel refreshed, grounded, and more at peace.
