What to expect when you’re expecting (a prenatal massage)?
Absolute Body Balance provides prenatal massage therapy at both of our Colorado Springs locations, with a couple of variations to ensure you’ll totally love every possible moment of pampering. Of course, we offer the traditional side-lying option where we make you nice and cozy with a body pillow (and as many other pillows as you feel you need) to get comfy. We also have a special pillow that allows you to lie face down! (This is raved about from our expecting mamas!)
This can really help relieve the pressure in your lower back and can be used at any point throughout the pregnancy massage as long as it feels good for you and the baby. Please let your therapist know at any point during the pregnancy massage if you feel any discomfort.
