Why Choose Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Find Your Flow, Ease, and Peace

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a style of yoga that links movement with breath in a smooth, continuous sequence. The word vinyasa means “to place in a special way,” and in yoga, it often refers to flowing from one posture to the next in harmony with your inhale and exhale.

Unlike static styles of yoga where you hold each pose for longer, Vinyasa emphasizes fluid transitions and can feel almost like a moving meditation. Classes often include sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, backbends, and floor work, all woven together in a rhythm that builds heat, strength, and flexibility.

Sound Bath Meditation

Try a sound bath meditation, the 1st Saturday of every month! A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience where you immerse yourself in soothing sound vibrations. During a session, you’ll typically lie down or sit comfortably. We provide props such as blankets, bolsters and blocks for comfort. You meditation guide will use instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks to create gentle, harmonic sounds that promote deep relaxation.
