Unlike active or flow-based yoga, restorative classes use props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks (provided) to fully support the body in comfortable positions so there’s no strain or effort. Poses are typically held for several minutes, allowing muscles to release tension, the nervous system to calm, and the breath to slow naturally.

Sound Bath Meditation

Try a sound bath meditation, the 1st Saturday of every month! A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience where you immerse yourself in soothing sound vibrations. During a session, you’ll typically lie down or sit comfortably. We provide props such as blankets, bolsters and blocks for comfort. You meditation guide will use instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks to create gentle, harmonic sounds that promote deep relaxation.
