What do I need to know about signing up for a monthly membership?
Absolute Body Balance believes that providing affordable access to healthcare is an absolute priority. To help you stay healthy, we offer month-to-month membership packages. You’ll enjoy savings of up to 30% off, and you can add up to three people to your membership anytime.
You’re opting into our month-to-month membership for one session of your indicated length each month. Your massage will be available after your initial membership payment has been processed. Your membership fee will be charged on the 1st of each month and auto-renew until you let us know in writing about changes or cancellations. There are no fees for signing up for our membership plan or canceling.
What if I don’t use my membership massage?
Relax! You’ll never have to worry about losing your unused, prepaid plan massages because they roll over to the next month. They never expire and can be combined towards a more extended session if you need it. Your membership plan is valid at our East and Central locations.
Please feel free to share your membership with three additional friends or family members to gain access to prepaid massages and other massage spa discounts. This person won’t be able to change your membership plan, and there’s a small $10 fee to make adjustments after you add your three lucky people. Note that prepaid massages are also non-refundable but may be gifted for a $10 transfer fee with your written consent.
What should I do if I need to cancel my massage?
Absolute Body Balance does have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cannot make an appointment at our Colorado Springs massage locations, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment. If it’s closer and inside your 24-hour window, we reserve the right to charge full price for your session. This is to project and cover the expenses of that time slot for our massage therapists at both of our Colorado Springs locations. Please let us know as soon as you know, and we’ll work together to get you rescheduled for another time or day.
What other therapies should I apply to my massage treatments?
Please feel free to add any of our massage enhancements, from soothing hot stones to aromatherapy, that we offer to every customer for a small additional charge. Sometimes, our clients use massage therapy in conjunction with recommendations from a primary care provider, chiropractor, etc. It’s always a good idea to consult with your healthcare team for their expert advice on how to integrate massage therapy into your wellness routine.
Is there a time when I shouldn't schedule a body massage?
You’re the one who knows your body better than anyone else. You’ll most likely know just by the subtle or obvious cues that rescheduling massage therapy for another day might be a good idea. Massages to a specific area of your body or from head to toe could make you feel worse. If you’re not feeling well or have symptoms of illness, find another time when your body isn’t feeling out of sorts. If you’ve got a new medical condition or something in your history that’s making you wary of getting any type of massage, please talk to us to learn more.
