Low-intensity approach to movement that nourishes both body and mind

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is a slower, softer style of yoga designed to make the practice accessible and nurturing for all levels—especially beginners, older adults, or anyone recovering from stress, fatigue, or injury.

Instead of fast flows or challenging postures, gentle yoga emphasizes basic stretches, simple movements, breath awareness, and mindful transitions. Poses are often modified with props (blocks, straps, bolsters) to reduce strain and allow comfort. The focus is on mobility, relaxation, and stress relief rather than strength or intense flexibility.

Move mindfully, increase circulation, ease tension, and enjoy a calm, supportive environment for your body and mind.

Sound Bath Meditation

Try a sound bath meditation, the 1st Saturday of every month! A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience where you immerse yourself in soothing sound vibrations. During a session, you’ll typically lie down or sit comfortably. We provide props such as blankets, bolsters and blocks for comfort. You meditation guide will use instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks to create gentle, harmonic sounds that promote deep relaxation.
